Very nice and modern accomodation on the first floor with wunderful seaview to the Marsala lagune.

The residence Santa Maria is located directly at the Marsala lagune. From airport trapani/birgi about 5 minutes with car.
To go to wind and kitesurf launch area maximum 50 meters. You can surf there all wind direction with shallow area and fine flat water.
